Energy Talks&Drinks: Future Transport & Unmanned Operations

Van: op 24 november 2018

With 2019 in sight, we want to give you a look into the future. December’s Energy Talks&Drinks is about Future Transport & Unmanned Operations. How will you travel or transport products in the future? And how will the future of unmanned offshore operations look like? Can maintenance drones be a tool for maintenance workers and makes this their jobs safer and maintenance cheaper?

Peter Paul van Voorst tot Voorst from Skoon will present their story about the Skoonbox: a changeable battery with the size of 1 TEU, so that it is easy to use and can be used for multiple purposes.

Robert Crone from Drones for Work will tell you something about the future where specialized inspection and maintenance drones can be a tool for maintenance workers and how they create this solution.

José Eduardo Sánchez from Hardt will talk about solutions for heavily overpopulated cities, inaccessible rural areas and unhealthy industrial urbanization, all of which inhibits human potential. By developing the hyperloop, they create an on-demand, affordable transport system with which people can travel huge distances in a short time – all completely emission-free, safe, and accessible to everyone. As icing on the cake Youssef Abou Harfouch, also from Hardt, will show you how the magnetic levitation system works.
